Wizards of Waverly Place was one of the Disney Channel's finest shows, running for four seasons and 106 episodes, it is the longest-running Disney Channel series, and also had the most-watched series finale in Disney Channel history! Recognize this catchy intro theme?

The show was created by Todd J. Greenwald and told the story of three wizard siblings, Alex, Justin and Max Russo as they competed to win sole custody of their family powers. The show debuted way back in 2007, but since it wrapped in 2012 how have the cast been doing? Take a look for yourself:
Selena Gomez a.k.a Alex Russo
Age then: 15
Age now: 22
Selena Gomez was already a pretty big name when she won the part of Alex Russo, but the show was definitely her breakout role. During and after her role as the middle child of the Russo family, Gomez had film roles in movies such as Ramona and Beezus, The Muppets and Spring Breakers. Most recently she was in Behaving Badly and Rudderless. In addition to all of her acting, she has also released albums, with hit songs such as "Come & Get It," she is currently working on her second studio album.
Fun Fact: In addition to acting in the series, Selena Gomez actually sings the theme song for the show as well!
David Henrie a.k.a Justin Russo
Age then: 17
Age now: 25
David Henrie played the smart older Russo sibling, Justin in Wizards of Waverly Place, though many of you may also remember him as Luke Mosby, Ted Mosby's future son in How I Met Your Mother!
Fun Fact: Singer/actor Joe Jonas actually auditioned for the role of Justin Russo, but ultimately it was given to David Henrie!
Jake T. Austin a.k.a Max Russo
Age then: 13
Age now: 20
Jake T. Austin played the youngest Russo sibling, Max. Following his time on Wizards he has also continued to act. In 2011 he voiced the character of Fernando in the animated film Rio, and role which he reprised for Rio 2 in 2014. Austin also played the part of Huckleberry Finn in the 2014 version of Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn. Most recently Jake plays the role of Jesus Foster in the TV series The Fosters.
Fun Fact: After the show wrapped, Selena Gomez, David Henrie and Jake T. Austin got to keep their wands from the set, and even had them framed!
Jennifer Stone a.k.a Harper Finkle
Age then: 14
Age now: 22
Jennifer Stone played Alex's best friend Harper in Wizards, and is also still acting mostly in TV series. Following the end of Wizards of Waverly Place, Stone was in Pair of Kings, Generator Rex and Deadtime Stories. Jennifer's most recent role was in the TV movie High School Possession!
Fun Fact: Some of the spells used in the show were created by using the names of the producers. (E.g. Murrieta Animata is Peter Murrieta, Executive Producer.)
Maria Canals-Barrera a.k.a Theresa Russo
Age then: 41
Age now: 48
Maria Canals-Barrerra played the role of Theresa Russo, the mortal mother to the three Russo siblings. Canals-Barrera had a long career before Wizards of Waverly Place, and following the show she has continued to act. Most recently she played the role of Daniela in the comedy series Cristela, as well as playing Hilda in the TV movie Members Only.
Fun Fact: Greenwald's Hardware, the name of the hardware store in the show, is a nod to the man who created the show: Todd J. Greenwald.
David DeLuise a.k.a Jerry Russo
Age then: 36
Age now: 43
David DeLuise played the former-wizard father, Jerry Russo, in Wizards of Waverly Place. Following the Disney Channel show, DeLuise has starred on many TV series and movies, some of which include Grey's Anatomy, Hawaii Five-O and Abner, the Invisible Dog. He will also star in the movies Golden Shows, A World Away and Last Best Summer Ever which have 2015 and 2016 release dates.
Fun Fact: The show was originally going to take place in Ireland and was going to be called either The Amazing Hannigans or The Amazing O'Malleys.
